Support Portal
All support requests should be raised via the self service Support Portal at https://support.hull.ac.uk. Raising support requests this way avoids things being missed, ensures all the members of the team have visibility of requests and means we can more easily track and monitor issues. You can either search for Viper to find the HPC page, or go to “My Services” > “Research” > “High Performance Computing (Viper)”. There are a number of different forms on the page designed to gather relevant information, for example specific for a job issue or a software install request. Please use the most appropriate form and enter as much detail as possible as this will help us assess and resolve the issue more efficiently.
HPC User Surgery
HPC User Surgery occurs every Wednesday at 10:00am, feel free to come along with any questions regarding Viper and HPC in general. For precise updates on the next User Surgery please see the events page or view our Twitter.
